Online Tutoring (HelpNow)

Do you need help with your homework? Looking for a tutor?

You can access FREE, one-on-one live tutoring assistance through “HelpNow” every day from 2-11 pm!

This service is provided by the Bayonne Public Library through Brainfuse. Students communicate with their Brainfuse tutor in their online classroom and receive live one-to-one help. Support is offered for traditional students and distance learners.

Brainfuse tutors help students (and parents) stay on track with one-to-one skills building and homework help tutoring sessions. These tutors don’t simply give answers but help students master underlying academic concepts.

How do I access Live Tutoring?

  1. Go to the Bayonne Public Library HelpNow page: Click here
  2. Click “Live Tutoring”.
  3. Select your grade level and subject.
  4. (If you need tutoring in Spanish, click “Tutoría en Español”.)
  5. Click “Get Live Help”.

**If it is outside of the 2-11 pm tutoring hours, you will get the following message: Sorry, HELPNOW tutors are available every day from 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST. Please log on during these hours and we will be happy to help you.”**
