The online Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance gives you access to a database of all Federal programs available to State and local governments (including the District of Columbia); federally -recognized Indian tribal governments; Territories (and possessions) of the United States; domestic public, quasi-public, and private profit and nonprofit organizations and institutions; specialized groups; and individuals.

GPO’s Federal Digital System (FDsys) provides free online access to official publications from all three branches of the Federal Government. FDsys offers browsing by collection, Congressional committee, and date, and provides information about Government publications in standard XML formats.

The web site is a gateway to government information. This site is managed by the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) as part of it's information management mandate.
